Just after the end of his rookie year in the NFL, defensive end Solomon Thomas was devastated by the suicide of his beloved sister Ella. In the wake of his loss, Solomon battled through his own depression, buoyed by the support of his GM John Lynch. Now Solomon honors Ella’s memory through his foundation to support the mental health of young people. And when he returns to a place he and his sister loved in their childhood, he connects with her spirit in a profound, extraordinary way.
